Shipping & Returns
All sales are final. A cancelled order may be subject to a 10% processing fee (see below). Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer. Knitters Niche reserves the right to change product prices, listings and descriptions at any time without notice.
Items will usually be shipped the same or following business day that the order is received. As expected, shipping times may be greater around holidays. If your items have not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, call Knitters Niche at 906.228.9276 and we will track the items for you.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be approved in advance and must be packaged in it’s original packaging, must not have been used and must be in “as new” condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to Knitters Niche. Items beyond 30 days from date of shipment are not eligible for return. All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in “like new” condition. Knitters Niche will determine after evaluating the returned product, if it is in “like new” condition and can be resold. If the product needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer’s expense.
Return Authorization
Customers must obtain authorization to return items by calling Customer Service at 906.228.9276
The customer prepays all freight charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly. If Knitters Niche receives a package containing items not authorized for return, Knitters Niche will return the item "as is" back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Packages received without authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days. Items must be returned within 45 days once the return authorization has been issued.
Cancellations
If the order has not shipped, the customer may be responsible for a processing fee of 10% (or $10.00 minimum). If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to Knitters Niche and a processing fee of 10% (or $10.00 minimum).
Freight Claims and Shipment Damage
When you receive your package, inspect it immediately. If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on receipt of the package. If you accept a damaged shipment without noting the damage, we may not be able to give you a complete refund. Please call us as soon as possible, once you see that your product is damaged.
